This case concerns:

The unjust imposition by the Government of Quebec and Retraite Quebec of penalties on retirement pensions for disabled people, in the same way they do for people who have decided on their own to take early retirement before the age of 65 years; – the unconstitutionality of section 120.2 of the Act respecting the Quebec pension plan, which allows this completely abusive and discriminatory practice;

Description of the group targeted by the Collective Action:
All living or deceased persons (through their inheritance) who have received pensions or disability benefits between the age of 60 and 65 and who have been penalized on their retirement pensions paid from the date of age 65, all under section 120.2 of the Act respecting the Québec Pension Plan;
